  3. After license is obtained complete supervised social work hours

LGSW: Licensed Graduate Social Worker

  1. Obtain a graduate degree from an accredited school
  2. Pass the ASWB bachelors exam
  3. After license is obtained complete supervised social work hours

LISW: Licensed Independent Social Worker

  1. Obtain a graduate degree from an accredited school
  2. Pass the ASWB bachelors exam
  3. Complete 4,000 non-clinical practice and 100 directly supervised hours

LICSW: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

  1. Obtain a graduate degree from an accredited school
  2. Pass the ASWB bachelors exam
  3. Clock 360 hours of clinical work in different area’s
